Menu Highlights

Shrimp come straight off the family’s own boat, and the menu leans into local seafood: she-crab soup, crab cakes, crab-stuffed flounder, Black Sesame Salmon, Edisto Mahi with candied bacon horseradish sauce, and the Flowers’ Feast fried platter of flounder, shrimp, scallops, and oysters. Pastas like the St. Pierre and the Lowcountry Stirfry, plus steaks, burgers, and a kids’ menu round it out. You can also buy 3-pound bags of fresh Edisto shrimp to cook at your rental.

Atmosphere

A relaxed dining room with local paintings on the walls. The Waterfront doesn’t take reservations and fills up quickly in season, so arrive near opening.
